Q – Who are Boudoir?
A- Hello, we are Boudoir! We are an online boutique, opened in March 2017. It is run by Sophie, who also runs the Twitter account, pop over and say hi! We are still starting out in the sex world and are growing bigger and better every day.
Q – What is Boudoir’s aim?
A – Our aim is simple, we want people to be comfortable about all things sex! Its not something to be embarrassed about, it’s healthy and fun whether it’s just you, you and a partner, you and your best friend or you and 20 other people! Q- How can I pay for my order?
A – Our primary payment method is PayPal, we prefer this for your payment protection. You do not need to have a PayPal account and you can checkout with your debit card.
Q – I’ve ordered my products, now what?
A – Woohoo! Your products are on their way! Our sex toy fairy’s in the warehouse are picking and packing your order and if you ordered before 2pm, it will be off to the postie the same day!
Q – How long will it take to get here? I want it now!
A – A little bit of patience is required here! 9 out of 10 orders are delivered the next working day. If you are desperate, order through our Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for our guaranteed next day delivery. This comes with a tracking number so you can stalk the postman and be ready to pounce!
Q – What will the parcel look like? Will Doris and Dave next door know that I’ve ordered a 12inch mega dildo?
A – No, Doris and Dave will be none the wiser. Your parcel will arrive in our discreet packaging, a plain brown box with a white shipping label. You will recieve an order confirmation sheet inside (this can be not added, if you let us know in delivery notes) and that is all!
Q – My parcel hasn’t arrived, what’s happened?
A – This is yet to happen to us, but accidents do occur in the postal system. It’s not that the postie has opened it up to have a nosy and decided that he would look pretty good in that latex dress and has kept it for himself. All of our parcels are recorded and insured so if your parcel doesn’t turn up for any reason, we’ll get you a replacement sent out as soon as we know.
Q – My item is here, but is broken/doesn’t work!
A – We have a FREEPOST address for returns. Contact us and we’ll give you the address and a returns form. Pop it in a box with the form and drop it in at the post office. Once we’ve recieved it we can either send you out a replacement or give you a full refund/store credit.
Q – I underestimated and my bum is a bit too big to fit into this dress, can I return it for a bigger size?
A – Yes! Unworn and clean lingerie can be returned in the original packaging for an exchange or refund. We can not accept your white stained, wet knickers though, so please don’t try!
Q – I’ve changed my mind about my order, can I send it back?
A – Indeed you can, again it has to be unused and in the original packaging.
Q – What will the payment name be on my bank transactions?
A – Any payments made through PayPal will be saved as Boudoir ATL.
